One of the homes currently being built by the Junior League of Tyler and the Tyler TX Chevrolet dealership in conjunction with the mustang car Habitat for Humanity is for Eileen Saucerman and her 2 daughters, Kellie and Katie. The Saucerman family was living in a mobile home that was falling apart when Eileen's boss suggested that she apply for the program.
On the Junior League of Tyler's Woman's Build Day, over 40 women started constructing the house after Rev. Stuart Baskin said a prayer and dedicated the home to God. The house itself is slated to be built by the summertime, and her home will be 1 of the 4 built on the property that the house will be built on. The Saucerman family will be helping their 3 neighbors with the building of their homes because of the community that the humanity process has established.
