Jill Merriam, owner of Key Hyundai of Manchester (http://www.keycars.com/), pledged to be the 2011 automotive sponsor, donating a gently used car to be given away at 4:00 am to one lucky graduate. Alex Mann had his lucky name pulled.
"The Santa Fe is so nice! I never expected such a great car to be the prize," Mann said when reached by phone. Mann plans on enrolling at Southern Connecticut bmw M5 specification State University this fall, and plans to study sports management. He'll leave the car behind for now, with many driving aged sibling eyeing it jealously.
Key Hyundai hopes to return to Project Graduation next year as well
